1.) God mode will only provoke people to kill, so they cant die, it would simply be abused.
2.) Fraps cost money and its pointless for people to use it just for that, it lags most people's computers and it gets annoying.
3.) We don't have anyone to code something in LUA like that, if you want to code it yourself for us, go ahead.
4.) I can't be in the server 24/7 to make sure admins are doing what they are supposed to, but hey, nobody in the server listens to the no kill rule so why bother.
