There are 3 folders in the PHX pack, if thats what you mean?
I believe they are 'Phoenix Models', 'Phoenix Spawn Icons', and something else.

Err, Most likely your Temp folder. If you want to extract them, to check to see it for whatever reason, then right click, and click "extract to phxmodname/".
This should extract it to the current location of the Zip/Rar, in a folder called the zip/rar's name.
hi
can you tell me where to find the temporary folder? (example: programfiles/tempfiles)
C:\Documents and Settings\User Name\Local Settings\Temp
"Who need paws, I got ice cold TALONS!"
Ok, do it like this.

1. Go to the download Link.
2. !RIGHT CLICK! and click, "save target as" (or something like that).
3. Choose like, your desktop, for example.
4. !RIGHT CLICK! on the .rar file.
5. While rightclick is held, drag the file across abit.
6. Click "Extract Here"
7. Open the folder that has appeared.
8. Open folders till you get to a folder called "mods"
9. Copy and paste the folder "mods" into your Gmod9 folder "C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\Gmod9", or something like that.
10. That should be okay.
