did i find a map named cache so i removed it of course befor i removed it i changed the file to a text file wanted to see what it was in there and then i removed the file and umhhhh it was the wrong file right it havent rebuilded or any thing tath i heard that the -modcache does

so if this was the wrong file so pleas help me get it back when i readed inside it wasent much text so tis is what i need to know

1 whats the name of the file in the cache map?

2 what does it stand in there i dont remember?

3 thanks for helping:)
If you removed a map cache and the game still starts, I wouldn't worry. The -modcache folder is in gmod9/mods, and once you remove it, the game will rebuild it. The game will take 3-4 minutes (or even longer, depending on your computer) to start once you remove it, but this is only to rebuild the modcache and once its done, you won't need to do it again unless you remove the modcache again.

it is:

Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\gmod9\mods

In the "MODS" folder, you find the "-modcache" folder..
