there is a problem on my steam gmod 9. It is an engine error. I have no idea what it is. It said something about a mount file system failed with error 5 if this helps i was installing source sdk and it might of created the error.

Everyone has this error right now and Gmod9 is unplayable. This seems like Valve trying to kill Gmod9 again

. We are looking into a fix, though and we will post back here with more details when we find out whats going on.

wont work in offline mode either.......why cant gmod fire up without content servers?? even for singleplayer........CS:S and everything will fire up just fine when in offline mode.

Wait a sec..

If i remember right.. then we have had this error befor.. in fact i took a screen shot of it from back then.. and back then valve fixed the problem.

Anyways. if SOURCE SDK isnt working.. = dont you think that valve would fix it again..

I dont think valve is thinkin bout gmod 9 anymore .. our numbers are few and the servers (the working ones) are less.. why would they keep bothering.. anyways if they still was trying to kill us then they probably allready had when they released gmod 10.

PS. FACEWAN IS UNKILLABLE!

I deleted and reinstalled gmod 9 before I had the sense to look at the server list and see that NOBODY was playing any Gmod. -_-
