Surgery Soon :(

Whats the surgery for? Getting something taken out? put in? moved?

well..

Well my mom has this disease CMT its called. Its a genetic disease and I had a 50/50 chance that I would get it, and i unfortunetlly did. I was playing football and doing good and all about 4-5 years ago, and the dr.s decided on surgery on my foot because the disease effects the feet more then anything else on the body. So I was like ok didn't think it would be to bad because they were saying it would all help me out and stuff.. Well after I recovered I was in so much pain I couldnt walk. So I had more surgeries trying to fix the pain, in all I had about 7 so far.. So thursday their trying to fix the pain againnnnnn and straighten my foot out. Hopefully they do it right this time. It really does suck

Hopefully they finally fix it this time, good luck with the surgery.

I have a birth deformity of the hips that makes it difficult/painful to do things like run or ride a bike, if it helps any.

And, as a morale booster, the only surgical option for me is to break my hips and re-set them, which if successful would leave me completely immobile for over 6 months, and if it fails could make me diplegic (Paralyzed from the waist down. Permanently.)

Since it doesn't effect me daily as long as I wear my orthopedic inserts, I just leave it alone. But without the inserts, or if my shoe soles have begun to collapse, being on my feet for any long period of time makes them hurt so bad that once I finally sit down, I can't get back up.

Hey everyone u all know i had surgery well it went good my foots in a good positon now im still in the hospital till like sunday or longer i have the nurses runin all over LOL and I am l ike stoned on medicines lol fun.. well peace

Hey, thank you all for supportin me you giuys do more then my friends from cortland do. Now that is pretty badd huh? Well I am still in this hospital tell like sunday or mondy . yesterday was one of the hardest days I was in so much pais time in I was balling my eyes out, ut they pretty much fixed it im on so much medication lmao i like stoned now. well wish me luck I hope they fixed it this time for real, I can see the chamge in my foot so I believe thatt they did fix it Well I am going to go take a knapped I am to drugged my eyes wont stay open erll ttyl I will keep ya'll posted,'

Hey guys I am still in the hospital I just woke up at 2 AM and I am balling in pain everytime I wake up my pain is a 10 I hate this!!!!!!!!! Someone come rescue me!!!!!!!!!!! I can't take this anymoreeeeee. Wish me the best please! Idk when I get out I guess whenever I feel good enough. I just took a whole bunch of drugs now I am happy ya'll lol. I guess I should be home monday or tuesday. well I told you I would keep you posted. Oh I have some hot nurses to, I got some numbers lmao. well write back people.

Lol I already did a lot of times my mom thought I was dieing that wasn't good. I've made all these nurses laugh over stupid things like playing a fart noise on the laptop and going ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Alls they seen was a curtain and hearing the fart lol. well ttyl y'all I need my rest now.

Hey guys... good news I am walking now finally once again. A lot of the pain is gone now which is good. They straightened my toes put a screw in the big toe and cut a few tendents here and there that were causeing pain. I am walking a lot better and have a lot less pain ^^
