I preordered a Surface Pro 2 last month and it arrived yesterday after the launch date of the 21st.
For those who don't know, it's a tablet that runs Windows 8 Pro, check the link if you want specs.
It's actually a lot better than I thought it was going to be. (after installing classic shell to get the start button functionality back!)
In my tests it can run CS:S in 1080p with a smooth ~120fps.
