I was banned today, Friday around 2:00 PM EST time. I don't know why I was banned for hacking, because I do not have any hacks and the last time I used an exploit was typing lambert 1.1 in the console in CS beta 5.

I wasn't even doing that well, I was like 11 and 4 or something like that. I happened to be on a good streak and I was banned. my name was Horger[pup] and steamid STEAM_0:0:483133. I play on this server a lot and enjoy playing on facewan so I would really appreciate being unbanned. If you can help me out that would be great.

Seriously? don't even deny it... I watched you play. Your screen vigorously shaking as you shot out was your giveaway, if not the consecutive headshots you kept getting... you're much better off admitting to it, apologizing, and promising not to hack again; I'm pretty sure Leet will unban you, but be warned, if you are caught again, I doubt you will get another chance..

Dude, I just have a very shaky playing style... Sometimes I suck sometimes I do pretty well. I happened to be feeling very amped up at the time, my heart rate was going crazy. I was in the most epic killstreak of all time, and you banned me at the height of it :/

I wasn't cheating, and you don't have proof. You have your opinion that I might look like i'm hacking because my cursor moves alot? Since when are you supposed to not look around quickly in CS? Furthermore if I was cheating why would I care whether you banned me? I'd just go terrorize some other server to get my jollies. I am not a hacker in any way, shape or form.

Anyway, thanks for replying at least. But I assure you that I am not a cheater, I just get very excited and twitchy when I'm playing.

edit: And I really don't mean to come off like a dick, I just haven't been banned from a server for "hacking" since the way back days where I'd be playing cs for 8 hours straight. It was a pretty big surprise. And I wasn't aware of the whole cursor shaking thing being a giveaway that someone is hacking. Does this mean I need to take sedatives before I play?

I can't vouch for anyone about this, I've been at work all day. What I can say is that it's hard to tell sometimes who's hacking, because hacks tend to "circle" around the area that you want to lock on to, due to the way hacks work. Taking demos of people that you think are hacking isn't a bad idea in this case. If there was a demo, I could review it and check to see if it really the use of hacks.

Does this mean I can be unbanned? That would be swell, l337. As I stated before I am definitely not a cheater and I wouldn't disrespect you by claiming such if it weren't true.

You've been unbanned, I have to look into anti-hack methods to stop the outburst of hackers, it's been horrible lately.

Thank you so much. That sucks though man. Why can't VAC keep up with these cheating nubblets. I dont understand what motivates people to hack; they're probably the same kinda asshats that torture animals for laughs.

instead of sedatives use laxatives... lol no just kidden. yeah the hacking has been bad and we are tring to keep them out... dont be upset about being banned. look back and think that you are so good that you were banned...
