Unban Request... ?

So 6 days ago i got banned for 1 hour for supposedly spawn killing.. anyways i wasn't spawn killing.. and i thought nothing of the ban because it was such a short time so i didn't even bother making a complaint. So i guess one of the admins were already irritated from being spawn killed over and over by several players.. and by me going through a portal and teleporting into the opposite spawn which lead me to killing the first person i saw which was him one of the admins.. leaving him to think i was spawn killing. I come back 6 days later to see that I'm perma banned by "Gatekeeper saying it was my last warning".. and i have to say i don't find that fair at all since i was banned by false accusation in the first place.. this happened 10-04-12 5:52 PM

btw which makes the situation even worse when i killed that guy in his spawn he was afk and busy banning about 3 people at a time.. so for him to just accuse me of spawn killing just does not make sense.#RAGE

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but weren't you banned by Captain Crunch ?
The reason was simple, really

You repeatedly spawn killed even though the admins were banning people at the same time for the same reasons.
You ignored that fact and did the same thing yourself.
I believe you even said something regarding it but acted as if it was okay.
Just because you're an old member doesn't mean you get any special treatment regarding it.
Imo, I'd unban you purely for the fact you asked. But if you did it again, I'd drop you right back to a perm.

There's no excuse for being a douche and killing someone at spawn. (Even while AFK, it's just useless and boring)

Yeh it was captain crunch.. and that's the thing about the situation i was never apart of that whole little spawn killing situation.. i was actually being spawn killed myself several times because of whatever map we were at allowed people to go behind spawn and shoot the opposing team. so if you call me shooting back at them after being shot at while spawning is spawn killing.. then idk what else to say. my only kill was me shooting captain crunch while he was afk.. and when i killed him it was not a spawn kill as to i was spawned in his spawn by a teleport. It just happened so i killed him when he was raging and banning players...

as far as captain crunch banning you you were told that 1 more screw up of what you goon and paki did it would be all over for you on the servers and with what i have been hearing how do you magically teleport into the other teams spawn its not possibleit just doesn't happen like that unless someone was to teleport you and if captain crunch was afk at the time theres no possible way and as furchee says you shouldn't be killing people in spawn regardless if the person is afk

Kodi what are you talking about.. i clearly said i went through a portal like when you go through you can be sent to "top", "CT", or "T" and i went to the oppisite spawn.. which is not called a spawn kill. And my point when I'm saying captain crunch was afk is me proving that he banned me for no reason as far as how is he to say i spawn killed him.. when not even active in game.. its just stupid to me

so you're saying that you teleported to his spawned was shot and somehow managed to spawn in his spawn ? how does this happen ?

i agree with furchee here on this you are a great player in our servers and tho there was the incident with you paka and goon i have learned to forgive you for that...you're a good person and if all goes well and this little incident doesn't happen again with the spawn shooting and all this other riff raff then in my opinion i would let you play on servers...but its not up to me tho votes do help its up to the sm's

I'm saying i surfed the map and got to a finishing point where i could choose to teleport to who's ever spawn i wanted to.. and i chose terrorist as that was the opposing team and i got a kill and moved on and went back to surfing then was banned for "spawn killing".
