ban or kick for a while

a person called jack on gmod9 is really annoying me and shephard ealier today and the rest of the people on the server.we cant kick him and when i voted yes for him to be cop and it fails he then trys to votecitizen me.then when i play later today he convines everyone i cant be trusted and

he says i cant be cop because zombies can be cop, then i change my name to demon then he stuns me.

It would help a bit more further if you could get this so called Jack's steam ID so we could have a talk with him.

You would have to get proof in order for us to do anything with the situation you got going on here. A demo, screenshot or chat log.. anything helps.
I was in the server for a quite a while, even after this jack guy left and all I saw was something about WAR or whatever was going.
If stuff like this occur to happen again, please let us know and we will gladly deal with the situation.
