Tony Montana who I have seen playing in the source surf non deathmatch server a good amount. Today decided he was going to start spawn killing me and when I started to question him all he did was mock and disrespect me. So he was warned and he kept it up so we silenced him but he just rejoined. He continued to disrespect me so I have banned him for 1 week.

Usually our admins perma ban for silence avoid, but I think this week ban is his last warning. Since this is not the only time he broke the rules.

To permaban for a silence avoid seems too extreme in my opinion here.
As for this ban itself made by Crow, I'd say it's well justified as I know myself how annoying stuff can be at times. A week should be plenty for the guy to reconsider his actions.
However.. If he comes back after the ban has expired with more disrespect and douchebaggery, I'd send him straight to permanent simply because if there's one thing I know it's that people like this guy won't change easy. So that's that.
At this point in time, the guy is more than welcome to send his unban request if he so desires, but what I just stated before this still applies.

I am 66% addicted to Counterstrike. What about you?

I don't know since when. And yes I agree with infinity, but I've seen a pretty nice amount of perma bans for gag/mute avoid.
