He changed his name many times, many users left because of his constant spawn killing. Would be nice to know an admin.
He has been banned. As for why you don't see many admins on the CSGO surf server, most of the admins don't seem to like CSGO or they just don't like CSGO surf. I will personally try to moderate when I can, but lately I have been extremely busy so I can't guarantee that I will be much help.
Also, if you can, please try to record demos of the hackers that you encounter. It'll be much easier for us to enforce a ban with some proof. Thanks for the report though.
