Adding !block or just enabling collision

I think !block would be needed for some maps, especially 10x map, which needs you to go on top of somebody to escape from jail. Just a !block would be sufficient only working for others who also got !block enabled.

Am I missing something? I didn't know any of our servers had a jail... well not the gungame servers... so i guess this is for the surf server??

I am 54% addicted to Counterstrike. What about you?

Yes, it is for surf, trying to find a plugin that does it.
