reset scoreboards

Yeah the ranks should be reset entirely and also people with over three bans shouldn't even get rank privileges. It would stop the whole rank whores who break rules to get a higher rank.

And also, why are we still using Psycho Stats? Aren't there like many other rank systems that do a better job?

I love the detailed info Psychostats gives - other stat plugins like hlstatx are basically the same
