This only happens when I join the facewan css server BibleThump

Can you post the error in console you get (you can get into console by enabling it in settings and pressing ~)

I'm having the same issue, stuck at the connecting screen on the CSS surf server and deathmatch surf server.
Only thing that popped up in my console:

Connecting to 192.95.41.72:27018...
Connected to 192.95.41.72:27018

Connecting to 192.95.41.72:27017...
Connected to 192.95.41.72:27017

Might be a Source issue but the I got on the bhop server perfectly fine.

Try now, it looked like it just needed a restart.
