Spawn Protection

(CS:GO Surf DM)Ive notice that a Spawn Protection has been implemented.. This is good but it only works for the first round. Every other round people just spawn kill over and over again. And I was wondering if you could fix this? Make it so it could go for every round.

Wait, there is no CS:GO surf DM... If you are talking about the CS:GO surf, the spawn protection plugin used is from when CS:GO was first in beta. I am looking for a better plugin to deal with spawn killing.
