I log onto the server, and this guy is still in spawn. I get to bomb site and plant, and he shoots me from spawn. I then say you're getting reported and he comes back with "I'm already banned" He also spammed "LOL" 4 times after killing me with the usp-s. His username is "storm". It'd be nice if you could provide us with a SteamID or even a link to his Steam profile. I imagine a lot of people are named storm on Steam, so it'd be pretty hard to find him just by name.
