Spawn borders on surf_greatriver_xdre4m_d

Basically everyday on the csgo surf server, xdre4m is played and people get killed trying to get the AWP, Five - SeveN, and grenade on the dividing part. I personally think that it still counts as spawn since it as easily reachable as first ramp, but some admins think that it does not (I don't know why). So please answer the poll and if you don't know what I'm referring to, I provided a screenshot

I don't know which admins you're attempting to name that have allowed this, but if that's the case they are WRONG.
You CANNOT shoot anyone there or anyone from there. It is in no way fair and for that reason alone it is not allowed.
Naturally if the timer surpasses the allowed time, you're free to shoot them down.

For as long as I played on the server this was ALWAYS enforced by OG admins
