Installation:

For DoorMod, Gmod Plus, Gmow, PcTuning, and Phoenix Models: you need to extract the RAR (using WinRAR) to: "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\gmod9\mods" for most installs of steam. For the really old installs of steam, it would be: "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\gmod9\mods". Make sure you are not in Garry's Mod when you are doing this. When you start Garry's Mod after installing a Mod, it should show in the "Mod Manager" list if it was successfully installed.

For the Enhanced CopyGun: Extract the zip to: "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\gmod9" for most installs of steam. For the really old installs of steam, it would be: "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\gmod9". Make sure you are not in Garry's Mod when you are doing this. When you go into single player, it will load the CopyGun script if it was installed correctly and you should see the CopyGun menu in the dropdown for props and such.

For the fixed copy of Gmod9, Extract the rar to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\sourcemods\gmod9

about those mods

hi.
I downloaded those mods
phx works
gmow works
gmosplus works
but pctuning mod
and door mod doesn'twork :confused:
what could be the reason for that ?

Door Mod will not work with cheats off, and cheats are always off, so you can only spawn the doors really. PCTuning should work though.

Yeah, door mod is really only good when you're server owner or playing single player.

ok, this is really bugging me and I play regularly:
I can never see the mod list in the motd. WHYYYYYY?!?!?!?!??!

btw, what version of vmf loader/cg do you all use? I think I may have a bad version:mad:

The scroll is sort of fucked, so you can't scroll down. I've heavily modded CopyGun and I'm using the latest version of VMF Loader.

Anyone know where to get these files/mods in zip format? My computer has trouble reading rar. files

To be able to open RAR files, do the following:

1.) Download the WinRAR installer from here: https://www.rarlabs.com/rar/wrar370.exe
2.) Install WinRAR with all the default options.

Now you should be able to open and extract RAR files.

I setup a rar for those who are having issues with the models on the server.

match the paths to your gmod9 path and extract it.

Help Plz

:confused: My gmod 10 is broken :mad:, so i need to use Garrys Mod 9 :D,
my prblem is that when i extract gmod + and all the other downloads tht are here. I extracted it to C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\SourceMods\gmod9\mods. WTF HELP ME ?

Tell us what you exactly did to install it. All you need to do is extrace the contents to your gmod9/mods folder...

Huh!?....

I got a problem with Doormod 1.1beta, I dont know how to spawn the buttons to the doors. When im trying, its only

Door 00
Button 00
Door 01
Button 01
.. etc.

Doors is working perfect.

How to do this? (Singleplayer) :confused:

I tried to click on the buttons, nothing happend :mad::mad:

How i can add mods to my gmod? i have version 9.0.4 but can join only your server. And after second game starting(or restarting server) buttons in 'q' menu stacks.

I know what you mean, but what it does, it like copys the image of the menu that was last open into the new menu. I've not found a fix for this yet, just have to live with it. ;)

I downloaded Gmod plus final unzipped it and put it C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\gmod9\mods

and its not working, please help

What about wing mod? is that possibly the reason my aeroplanes don't work? I can just about see wing mod down at the bottom of the MOTD

Wings mod is just one little script that runs on the server, nobody else really has asked for it.

I asked you to put it on a while ago, and you did. But after the new ban system was put on the functions don't work correctly.

I put it back in a few weeks ago, I didn't notice that in cleaning the lua up, it was removed. It's fully working for me now, I just made a plane in game a few minutes ago.

It should be all fixed now, there was an issue with the file. It was corrupted, so I swapped it out with a good copy.

Thanks, but something wrong. If i joining from server browser it says"version does not match the server. restart the game". IF i entering your ip in console it says "Disconnect: Kicked by Console : "ULX-Slot reserved"." or stopping loading 3 parts before the end

ULX is kicking you to keep the reserve slots free for admins, wait until a few people leave, then try connecting again.

help

hay umm is there anny way i can get gmow without the maps becouse the download is way to big for my inter net (im not alloud to download big files and stuff) and if that cant happen can you brake it up into smaller download peaces.

BTW: thanks yer server really awsome :lovewcc:
oh and can someone help me when i refresh the steam servers list under garrys mod 9 it comes up with nothing :wcc::wcc::wcc:

The files are all gone? The links only bring me to 404 pages. I'd need them again since I did a fresh install but now it looks like I'll have to look for them by myself :(

The server was down for an upgrade, it was posted in the news section. The forum you were on was a temporary server. Everything is back up now and the links should be working.

I've said this many times, Doormod does not work if sv_cheats is not 1.
