What is Lucid dreaming?

A lucid dream, also known as a conscious dream, is a dream in which the person is aware that he or she is dreaming while the dream is in progress. But no, I didn't.. and how can you have a lucid dream that you do not control?

I've had a few lucid dreams. I've tried all sorts of things to get one (listening to sound files, eating certain food, etc.), a few things worked like eating chocolate after being asleep for 4 or 5 hours.

I havn't got any so far. Been trying for about a year or so.

I've had a few, I've also realized quite a few times that my dreams were actually dreams while I was dreaming. Even then, I sometimes could not control them.

Hope this helps but there are risks in eating the Ergot

Ergot poisoning from bad rye seeds are a prime suspect in lucid dreams since it was a hallicugan. The poors during the old era of Europe, commonly ate bad rye often getting Ergot poisioning. After they ate these and slept, their dreams became lucid and they mixed up reality with their dreams. With these dreams came a new era of Witchcraft and werewolf. <-(I personally love wolves)
